1. App Definition

KidTok is an educational video platform designed for children, allowing parents to choose suitable content and fully control the viewing experience.

2. Access and Use of the App

1. Guest Mode (No Registration Required)

  • Browse content sections

2. Features Requiring an Account

  • Create and manage playlists
  • Add child profiles
  • Usage reports
  • Screen Time settings
  • Safety settings
  • Premium features

3. Account Creation

When registering, users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Protect login credentials
  • Not share the account with others

4. User Conduct & Community Rules

All users (especially parents adding content) must:

  • Not add unsuitable videos for children
  • Not publish or link harmful, violent, or illegal content
  • Respect child privacy
  • Not use the app for harmful or inappropriate activities

The company has the right to remove any violating content or suspend accounts when necessary.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

KidTok does not host copyrighted video files.
All videos are displayed through official YouTube embedding methods.
Users must ensure that any added videos are allowed to be displayed according to YouTube policies.
The company is not responsible for content originating from YouTube.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free plan
  • Premium plan

2. Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases for iOS devices.
If payment fails at renewal time, the subscription will NOT renew and access to premium features will be temporarily paused until payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
By completing the purchase, the user agrees to this policy.

4. Shipping Policy

KidTok does not offer any physical products.
No shipping is provided. All services are digital and activated instantly within the app.

7. Disclaimer

The app does not replace real parental supervision.
All YouTube content is the responsibility of its owners.
Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Account Termination

TriEssence Innovation may:
• Suspend or terminate violating accounts
• Remove inappropriate content

Users may delete their account at any time.
